Open Positions

The Research & Development Coordinator position is primarily responsible for the coordination and implementation of research projects for The Compliance Store.com. This role includes a significant amount of internet reading, content comprehension, and content analysis. Position is responsible for data collection, analysis of large amounts of information, and building report presentations.

Position Requirements:
  • Previous long term care and/or assisted living experience
  • Knowledge, understanding, and practical application of long term care federal regulations
  • Moderate computer and typing skills required, along with application of Microsoft Office products and internet research tools
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Customer service skills
  • Well-developed language, writing, and reading comprehension skills
  • Professional licensures and/or certifications preferred

The Sales Executive position is primarily responsible for the growth of sales within the long term care industry through means of webinar presentations, trade shows, conventions, etc.

Position Duties:

  • Proactively identify and establish contact with potential customers
  • Maintain contact with new and existing customers to advertise the product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy
  • Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, customer sites, and exhibitions
  • Attend trade shows and conventions
  • Meet annual sales goals and targets
Position Requirements:
  • Previous long term care and/or assisted living experience
  • Previous business-to-business sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Pharmacy Technician

Candidates must be registered Pharmacy Technicians with the State Board of Pharmacy. National PTCB Certification is preferred.

Delivery Driver

Candidates must possess valid Alabama driver's license and be insurable.
