The role includes a significant amount of internet reading, content comprehension, and content analysis. The Account Manager position with The Compliance Store is primarily responsible for the customer service, training, retention and contract renewals of www.TheComplianceStore.com. Position is primarily a desk role and works closely with customers from all over the country through webinars, demos, phone, and email correspondence. Position will also travel to tradeshows approximately six times a year.Qualifications:Completion of Bachelor’s DegreeMust be able to travel and stay overnight as neededPrevious experience and/or knowledge of the Long Term Care industry including regulations is highly preferredMust be detail orientedPossess strong customer service skillsMust possess basic typing and computer skills and use company CRM system as requiredProfessional licensures and/or certifications preferred
Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with the AL State Board of Pharmacy as well as must be licensed as a Consultant Pharmacist. Previous Consulting experience is preferred. Daily travel is required to some overnight stays on a monthly basis.
Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the TN State Board of Pharmacy. National Certification is preferred.

Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the AL State Board of Pharmacy. Previous pharmacy billing experience including insurance experience is highly preferred. Previous Long Term Care experience is highly preferred.
Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the AL State Board of Pharmacy. Previous data entry experience of entering prescription orders into computer system is preferred. Previous Long Term Care experience is highly preferred.
Position travels daily in assigned territory to pharmacy customers to provide high quality customer service as well as education. Previous Long Term Care experience is highly preferred. Must be a licensed LPN or RN.
