What is DocuTrack?
When choosing a pharmacy, facilities have many service options to choose from including hours of operation, costs, fill policies, quality assurance and responsiveness. Specifically designed to solve the document management needs of pharmacies, it's state of the art work-flow system enables pharmacies to organize, route and retrieve documents faster and more accurately. The system identifies the source of all incoming documents, routing them to the appropriate technicians. Documents can be annotated and processed, or re-routed to different departments, all in a completely paperless environment . The system also keeps track of all actions performed on the document, storing this data for easy retrieval. DocuTrack is tightly integrated with existing Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS), allowing technicians to view the original document while processing orders in the PIS.
