About Us
Turenne PharMedCo, Inc., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Turenne & Associates, LLC, a privately-held healthcare management company in Montgomery, Alabama. Originally established to service and support Turenne-owned nursing homes, PharMedCo has since grown into a full-service long term care pharmacy, medical supply distributor, equipment rental agent, and Medicare Part B provider, serving the needs of long term care and assisted living facilities, mental health organizations, home health agencies, hospice organizations, durable/home medical equipment providers, and other healthcare related institutions and companies nationwide.
Through our pharmacy in Montgomery we have served healthcare facilities in Alabama since 1992. We provide the personal dispensing services of your hometown pharmacy, coupled with the innovation and technology only available through a full-service long term care pharmacy. Our Nashville location now provides the same resident-focused service to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Our distribution center in Montgomery provides the highest quality medical supplies and equipment from the industry's top manufacturers. Delivery is usually available at no additional cost, with next-day and personal delivery to select areas. We also offer rental services on respiratory equipment, specialty beds, and enteral and infusion pumps, including on-site installation and service. Now you can have the equipment you need to care for your residents without the high fixed cost. In many cases we can even show you how it's covered by Medicare.
Our Medicare Part B services division understands that cash flow is the lifeblood of any business. Our team of professionals can provide your diabetic residents with the protective footwear they need at no cost to you. Our experienced billing specialists will work in a consultative manner to maximize your Part B reimbursement.
