Team Services
At Turenne PharMedCo we will assign a personal Field Representative and a Customer Care Representative to your facility. You will consistently speak with the people you know and trust, and they will come to know your facility, its individual needs, and issues. This team approach promotes a trusting relationship ensuring better communication and more comfortable interaction between your staff and ours.
We also utilize a Quality Check System to insure the correct documentation is submitted with every claim, and that each claim is checked for accuracy at least three (3) times during the submission process. This system guarantees you and your residents the service you deserve.
Consulting & More
We provide you with the highest level of consulting service in the industry. Your Field Representative will conduct regular visits, which include a thorough review of each resident’s medical records. Because our specialists are experts in the Medicare documentation process, we can make recommendations that will improve the medical documentation required by CMS. The Field Representative will perform patient chart reviews, eligibility determination, CMN documentation, insurance verification, new patient set-ups, and order changes.
A formal entrance interview is also held with the Director of Nursing to discuss any order changes or other concerns. In addition, a formal exit interview allows us to report findings and documentation requirements, discover discrepancies, and praise accomplishments.
Services Provided
• Full Assignment — Turenne PharMedCo supplies the products to your eligible residents, then bills Medicare directly for reimbursement. Your facility doesn’t have to become a CMS/DMERC Supplier, and you don’t have to cash-flow the cost of goods associated with billed products. You save time and money on staffing while focusing your attention directly on resident care. You just focus on care. Instead of billing your facility, we'll submit the reimbursement claim and collect our fees directly from Medicare. You don't have to do a thing.
• Temporary Full Assignment — If a facility does not have a DMERC supplier number but is in the process of obtaining one, temporary full assignment service is available. Once the facility obtains its DMERC supplier number the relationship can convert to fee for service.
• A/R Recovery — DMERC suppliers who are having difficulty collecting their reimbursements and managing their Medicare Part B accounts receivable can contract with Turenne PharMedCo to provide a comprehensive solution for recovering amounts due while allowing the facility's staff to focus on their core functions.
• Medical Supplies — Through our Medical Supply Division, Turenne PharMedCo maintains all the equipment and supplies you need to provide the highest level of care to your Part B patients.
